The New Issues Service

The new issues service provides retail investors with the opportunity to participate alongside institutional investors in new issues and placings that would otherwise be unavailable.

Over the years we have built up close relationships with many of the leading investment banks and corporate brokers enabling Savoy to participate in many of the more interesting Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), including those on the main market, AIM and on Plus Markets (formerly OFEX).

We regularly meet with the senior management of companies seeking to float their companies and conduct in-depth analysis into those we consider attractive.

London’s AIM (Alternative Investment Market) is a sub-market of the London Stock Exchange, allowing smaller companies to float shares. Investing in this market generally exposes your capital to a higher level of risk than investing in the main market, you may get back much less than you invested.
