Small Company and AIM Service
Over the years Savoy has built up considerable expertise in investing in smaller companies and those listed on London’s fledgling market, the Alternative Investment Market (AIM).
The rationale for investing in smaller companies is that they can provide a focused way to access a product, service or management team that shows particular promise. Where this translates into sales growth and rising dividends returns can be rewarding. Where it fails to the opposite is true.
The Small Company and AIM Service specialises in selecting small companies that have what we believe to be well financed companies with good prospects.
We also manage a specialist AIM Inheritance Tax Portfolio Service that under certain circumstances can be very tax efficient.
Tax treatment depends on individual circumstances and may be subject to change in the future.
London’s AIM (Alternative Investment Market) is a sub-market of the London Stock Exchange, allowing smaller companies to float shares. Investing in this market generally exposes your capital to a higher level of risk than investing in the main market, you might get back much less than you invested.
Savoy do not offer tax advice and recommend you always obtain individual financial advice before making any decisions.
